A splash of colour!

Although grey's and cream's are an easy option to paint your walls and are highly popular choices, bright bold colours are starting to takeover again, people are taking risks and going for it, and, it's a proven fact, bright colours make you happier, so why not! Below are some examples of how bright paint can be used to enhance any room in your home today.

Kimille Taylor

I recently came across 'Kimille Taylor interior design and decoration' and I love her work already! Kimille takes great pleasure in designing elegant, comfortable rooms for the real living needs of her clients. By mixing antique and modern fabrics and furnishings she creates luxurious interiors with a sophisticated balance of colour and texture. Below are some images of Lincoln Square Residents which she designed.

Kiosk Design

Image
As I mentioned in a previous blog post, I was asked to create a kiosk design as part of a college project. I took my inspiration from a kiosk designed by a London based architect firm, Make. You can read all about that design in a previous blog post I have written. Below is the design I came up with and I would be happy to hear what you all think of it! My drawings:

Christmas decorations

DIY Christmas decorations As Christmas break is just around the corner and Christmas Day is fast approaching I thought it would be the perfect time to put together some of my favourite DIY Christmas decorations. Why not take a look and maybe give some of them a go yourself!  An old picture frame painted with some Christmas decorations attached.  How cute! A great idea for the kids. Christmas ornament wreath. Reindeer's made from wine corks Yes, they are just wine glasses turned upside down - genius!  Enjoy!
